We have prepared this cookie policy (“Policy”) to inform you about how we process your personal data using cookies as a data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”), its secondary legislation, Guidance on Cookies published by Personal Data Protection Authority.

We collect and process personal data by cookies such as information on browser, operating system, IP address, user ID, date and duration of visits to Website, interactions (i.e. whether you could access the website or you received an error notification), use of features on the Website, search terms, frequency of visits to the Website, language preference, scroll activity, user transaction data such as accessed tabs.

Your personal data collected by strictly necessary cookies are processed with the legal grounds stipulated under the Article 5/2-a of the PDPL as “processing of personal data is governed under the law” and the Article 5/2-c of the PDPL as “processing of personal data it necessary for the constitution and performance of a contract”.

In accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL, Getir will finalize your requests within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied. If your request is rejected, the reason(s) for the rejection will be communicated to you within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
8. About This Policy
This Policy may be updated to comply with changing conditions and relevant legislation. Updates to be made to this Policy will be notified to you on the Website.
