What is Getir?

Getir is a mobile app that brings deliver thousands of everyday items to wherever you wish, day and night, within minutes. After placing an order via Getir, you can watch the courier’s movement on the map and track the arrival of your orders.

How do I use Getir?

After downloading Getir to your iPhone, Android or Huawei phone and signing up:- Select a delivery address,- Add the desired items to your basket,- And select a payment method.After confirming, follow your order live.

How do I sign up?

Getir can be downloaded free of charge from the AppStore, Google Play and Huawei App Gallery to iPhone, Android and Huawei smartphones. After downloading the app, enter your mobile number and fill out the required fields. Once you are all set, you can place an order.

How do I order?

After opening the app, select a delivery address and add items to your basket. Select a payment method and confirm your order. After that, the app will show you the courier information. You can also follow your order live on the map.

How do I pay?

We have two payment methods: digital and pay on delivery. For digital payment option, you only have to enter your payment information once. Simply add your payment method and don’t deal with cash and physical cards again! Don't worry, your payment information is kept on MasterCard's secure payment services Masterpass or Interbank Card Center (BKM) and is not known by Getir. On the other hand, Pay on Delivery feature is available for your GetirFood orders placed with Restaurant Delivery. The restaurant delivers your order and may accept payments at your doorstep with their own POS device. Additionally, Restaurant Delivery order payments can be done with corporate meal tickets.

What do I do if my card has been rejected?

No need to worry. Just add a new credit or debit card and try again. You can also pay with your Istanbul Kart thanks to its Near Field Communication (NFC) feature.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. Your personal information is stored safely. We have tight security procedures and measures to keep it that way. We protect and store your personal information in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law upon your permission. Your payment information is kept on MasterCard's secure payment services Masterpass or Interbank Card Center (BKM) and is not known by Getir.

Where is Getir available?

Getir currently operates in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Bursa, Kocaeli, Bodrum, Sakarya, Tekirdağ, Eskişehir and Yalova. Even if you are outside of Getir’s service area, you can still place orders by adding a delivery address within our reach. You can also send an email to info@getir.com and share with us where you would like to see Getir next.

When I try to sign up, I get a warning that says my number is in use. What should I do?

'By clicking the forgot password button you can generate a new password and continue using the app.

My location can't be found, what should I do?

Don't worry. You can select your delivery address from the map manually.
